- Deposit of 30% is requested to confirm the reservation
- Balance has to be paid the day before check-out
- Check-in: from 14.00 to 20.00 p.m.

- Check-out: from 06.00 to 10.00 a.m.
- Conditions in case of no-show:
If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount.
- Dogs are welcome with 20€ extra per stay
- No smoking in the apartments
- Deposit of € 50 requested at check-in, it will be gived back at check-out if the apartment is in good conditions.
